The hotel was excellent and the position could not have been better,as it was on a side street but just of the square by the Cathedral.

Well located hotel to enjoy Barcelona. Very modern hotel with excellent facilities. Breakfast was vast with too many pastries to choose from!

Top Tip

The tourist open top bus is a great way to see the tourist sights but expensive at €26. Go to Segrada Familiar early as the wait for lifts to the top are up to an hour!

Hotel is ideally situated in the city centre, but was surprisingly quiet, thus no problem sleeping (the comfy beds also helped !). The breakfast was excellent both in choice and quality - exceeded our expectations of the usual continental breakfast.

Top Tip

Try Les Quinze nitz Restaurant, Placa Reial, just off La Rambla, great choice and excellent value - don't be put off by the queue - it moves quickly and is well worth the wait.

Fantastic Location, Facilities and service. Two small negatives 1. Bar closed too early 11pm and 2. I had no long mirror in room. We had a fab 4 days the weather was great would definitely recommend!

Top Tip

Walk around Barri Gothic simply stunning and go to restaurants off the beaten track. La Caracoles restaurant is an experience not to miss.

We were thrilled with the hotel, so modern and we especially liked the dining and chill out areas. The staff were extremely helpful at all times. There was even a free guided evening walk around the area. Very good value for money. Room was a good size and the bathroom was luxurious with lots of compimentary products.

Top Tip

Definitely get the bus from the airport to the hotel - only 4 euros and close to the hotel. We found a restaurant called Fresco advertised on the hotel map and there were 2 located near the hotel. For less than 10 Euros you could have a meal which was self service, lots of choices of salad + pizza and pasta, + soft drink, + deserts, + coffee - help yourself. 2 Sangria in large glasses on Las Ramblas cost 25 Euros and the price isn't advertised on the menu so you may get a shock. Park Guell was lovely but the olympic village and cable car ride was disapointing.

Staff were very helpful and kept our luggage for us until we were ready to leave. Excellent location.

Top Tip

Close to Las Ramblas and plenty of good restaurants etc.
