This popular yet elegant hotel is well located, as it's within easy walking distance to the Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya. This makes the Avenida Palace suitable for those who are looking for a good traditional and refined property in the centre of Barcelona.

There are a total of 151 guestrooms, all extremely well furnished and comfortable. All rooms feature satellite TV, mini bar, hairdryer, wireless connection, safety deposit box, air conditioning and heating. The 151 rooms comprise 25 doubles, 94 twins, 9 executive rooms, 13 junior suites and 1 master suite. Triples have sofa beds and there are 2 rooms suitable for certain disabilities.

      Quiet room with balcony on floor 8 but with amazing views across the rooftops and the streets...             Rooms basic but ok. ...             rooms were quite generous...             Reasonable size rooms, with mini bar, bathrobes provided...             good rooms...             room was a double with everything you could wish for....             slightly out of date bedrooms ...             room excellent internally but it was located within the building so we faced out into an internal area ...             no sky view so we had to have all the lights on at all times...              in a quieter area...              I booked I specifically asked for a triple room with three single beds as my 13 year old daughter is 5'5''. We got two single beds and a sofa bed. ...             Room was spacious and spotless...             only gripe was that there was no natural light in our room. ...             rooms are totally adequate for the purposes of a city traveller...             you can hear the metro rumbling beneath you in the first floor rooms...             it was very hot in the hotel...
